How Omens Work
Use an Omen by right-clicking it in your inventory. When it glows, it's ready to apply to the next use of the appropriate Orb. Omens are consumed on use.

Affect your next Orb of Alchemy usage
Omen of Sinistral Alchemy
Your next Orb of Alchemy will result in the maximum number of Prefix modifiers. The item will gain as many Prefixes as possible (up to 3) when upgraded to Rare.
Omen of Dextral Alchemy
Your next Orb of Alchemy will result in the maximum number of Suffix modifiers. The item will gain as many Suffixes as possible (up to 3) when upgraded to Rare.
Regal Orb Omens
Affect your next Regal Orb usage
Omen of Sinistral Coronation
Your next Regal Orb will add only Prefix modifiers. Guarantees that the new modifier added when upgrading a Magic item to Rare will be a Prefix.

Your next Regal Orb will add only Suffix modifiers. Guarantees that the new modifier added when upgrading a Magic item to Rare will be a Suffix.

Your next Chaos Orb will remove only Prefix modifiers. When rerolling a Rare item, only a Prefix will be removed before adding a new modifier.

Your next Chaos Orb will remove only Suffix modifiers. When rerolling a Rare item, only a Suffix will be removed before adding a new modifier.

While this item is active in your inventory, prevents 75% of experience loss when you die. Consumed on death. Essential for high-level mapping.
Where to Find Omens
Omens are purchased with Tribute from Ritual encounters in endgame maps. Ritual altars appear in maps and allow you to spend Tribute to buy omens and other rewards.
